Step by step:
- Provide your members with the CS Direct URL link for your specific order.
- Provide members the “Order Window” dates. Once the order window closes no modifications can be made. The order will be sent directly to production if all requirements are satisfied. All orders will ship within 4-5 weeks.
- Depending on your order settings, your members will be able to choose whether to ship to a single address you pre-selected (bundled and labeled separately within box) or ship individually.
- Please reinforce to members that they must complete “check out” to finalize their order. Orders with “Order Saved” status will not be produced. Members may log in at anytime to resume and complete the Saved Order.
- Members can access their accounts at anytime to place additional orders and view account history.
